Sophia (Hernandez) Luke, a humble servant, received instruction from the Lord to start a ministry where she grew up, in Springfield, Oregon. With an open heart, and a desire to manifest heaven on earth, Sophia moved on the vision God showed her. Sophia's brother John, after  hearing the voice of the Lord through Isaiah 6:8 with a glad heart, acknowledged and accepted his call to teach the word of God. Beginning as a Bible study in Pastor John's home in 2002. Safe Haven was born!
